We present some selected projects that exemplify the type of services we offer.

RICHLAND CHAMBER LAKES - Navarro County, Texas
Peninsula point_edited.jpg

We supported a 450-lot residential development with services including site layout, grading design, stormwater management, and sewer service planning. Tasks included assessing the existing WWTP capacity, estimating expansion needs, and guiding the TCEQ permitting process. We updated the site plan to reflect phased development, added community access easements, and reconfigured lots—combining smaller parcels into larger waterfront lots. Our work ensured regulatory compliance and efficient site utilization.

THE TINY HOME PLUG – Fayetteville, North Carolina
The Tiny Home Plug.png

"The Tiny Home Plug" was a residential development project in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This project specifically included the design and development of four duplexes and two quadplexes, demonstrating our capability in managing multi-unit residential complexities. Our expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from initial site feasibility studies to the meticulous design of site layouts, grading, and robust stormwater management systems. We seamlessly integrate essential utilities like water, sanitary sewer, and electrical, while also crafting efficient roadway and pavement designs, all while strictly adhering to local zoning ordinances and stringent erosion and sediment control regulations.

INTERSECTION DESIGN BETWEEN US HIGHWAY 287 & ACCESS ROAD - Texas
Waterfront Club 3.jpg

As part of the civil engineering design team, we developed the intersection project connecting the access road to a residential development with US Highway 287. Based on the traffic impact study, the existing roadway was widened to include a dedicated left-turn lane and a right-turn lane, improving capacity and traffic safety for entering and exiting vehicles. The geometric design was carried out in accordance with the TxDOT Roadway Design Manual, while signage and pavement markings were designed following the Texas MUTCD standards. Throughout the project, continuous coordination was maintained with TxDOT to validate each stage of the design. In addition, a hydrologic and hydraulic study was performed, which included the sizing and design of culverts to ensure proper stormwater management.

PARKSIDE CREDIT UNION - Columbia Falls, Montana
Parkside Credit Union.jpg

For the new banking developments in Columbia Falls we provided full-site civil engineering services with a strong
emphasis on interdisciplinary coordination. We provided grading,
drainage, utility layout, parking and circulation design,
stormwater management, and construction support. Civil design
was closely integrated with architectural and MEP teams to
ensure seamless alignment on finish floor elevations, utility
routing, ADA compliance, and site functionality.

Utility Infrastructure Development, Force Main System - Stephenville, TX
Lift station_edited.jpg

Designed and drafted comprehensive plans for a new development's sanitary sewer lift station and force main system in Stephenville, Texas. This involved detailed pipeline design, including specialized PVC force main and gravity sewer lines with specific requirements for bends, joint restraints, and casing installations under TXDOT Highway 281. The project also encompassed the complete layout and elevation details for the lift station, specifying its structure, pumping equipment, and control systems, ensuring adherence to all utility coordination, protection, and material standards.

MASTER PLAN - Texas
Masterplan.png

We supported the development of a 1,215-acre master-planned by producing 3D models and visualizations that brought the vision to life, showcasing key features such as residential areas, schools, commercial zones, parks, amenity centers, and infrastructure like the elevated storage tank. Our work helped communicate the project's scale and community-focused design.

DECENTRALIZED WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM DESIGN – Town of Newbern, Alabama
Newbern Alabama.jpg

For the Town of Newbern, AL, we prepared detailed plans and designed the horizontal alignments for a decentralized wastewater treatment system tailored to challenging Blackland Prairie soils that hinder traditional septic systems. The project implemented a STEP system combined with a recirculating packed-bed filter and UV disinfection, supported by an NPDES permit for treated effluent discharge. The design accommodates up to 140 connections.
